PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS

Vocational Nursing Program
Requirements:

  • High school graduate, posses a GED certificate or equivalency thereof.
  • Minimum age of 17.5 years
  • Pass the Standard Admissions Exam with at least a final score of 589.
  • Pass the colleges physical exam
  • Obtain a clearance on Consumer Background Report
  • Physically capable of performing the duties of a Vocational Nurse

Medical Assisting Program
Requirements:

  • Be 17.5 years of age or older
  • Pass the Standard Admissions Exam with at least a final score of 544
    "Those without an High School Diploma must take the Ability to Benefit Test (ABT)".

EMT-1 Program -  a California State Certification Program
Requirements:

  • High school graduate, posses a GED certificate or equivalency thereof.
  • Minimum age of 17.5 years
  • Pass the Standard Admissions Exam with at least a final score of 552.
  • Pass the colleges physical exam
  • Physically capable of performing the duties of a EMT-1

Nurse Assistant  / Home Health Aide Program
Requirements:

  • Minimum age of 17.5 years
  • Pass the Standard Admissions Exam with at least a final score of 508.
  • Pass the Colleges physical exam
  • Physically capable of performing the duties of a nurse assistant / Home Health Aide
