Graduation Commencement Information

The Registrar’s Office provides application toward graduation ceremony and maintains diploma and degree data for all students and is a source of information regarding diplomas and degrees which have been conferred.

If you are an alumnus of CLC and need verification of the diploma or degree which has been conferred, please see our Verification of Enrollment section.

Commencement Information

Graduation Commencement Exercises are held twice a year, spring and fall.

Fall Graduation Commencement

    For students enrolled at the Hawthorne & Anaheim Campus
    Date: Friday, December 9, 2011
    For students enrolled at the Van Nuys Campus
    Date: Friday, November 18, 2011

Spring Graduation Commencement

    For students enrolled at the Anaheim Campus

Graduation Application

    If you choose to participate in the graduation ceremony, you must have submitted the Graduation Application by the deadline. YOU CANNOT JUST ATTEND THE CEREMONY AND WALK.
    The graduation applications need to be completed and submitted to the Registrar's Office in the student's last term. Check the graduation application for the deadlines.
    You'll indicate the following on the application:
    • Whether or not you will participate in the ceremony.
    • If you have a different permanent address, please note that on the application.
    • Sizing for cap and gown

Caps and Gown

    There is no additional charge for cap and gown. The cap and gowns are ordered with the graduation applications. If you participate in the graduation ceremony, you must where regalia.
